Project Goals
The client wanted a 5-part email series for new email subscribers.
Their main goals were:
- Highlighting the brand’s dedication to sustainability
- Having a mix of value-based and product spotlight emails
- Increasing click-through rates
- Staying true to their brand voice and personality.
My Process
I first learned everything I could about the brand—how materials are sourced, their story and mission statement, and what makes them unique.
Next, I found answers to some questions:
1. Who is the target audience, and what are their main objections and needs?
2. What are competitors doing right and wrong?
