Project Goals

The client wanted a 5-part email series for new email subscribers. 

Their main goals were:

  • Highlighting the brand’s dedication to sustainability
  • Having a mix of value-based and product spotlight emails
  • Increasing click-through rates
  • Staying true to their brand voice and personality.

My Process

I first learned everything I could about the brand—how materials are sourced, their story and mission statement, and what makes them unique. 

Next, I found answers to some questions:

1. Who is the target audience, and what are their main objections and needs?

2. What are competitors doing right and wrong?

1. Welcome Email

To kick things off, we started with a welcome email. It touched on how "Solid Stitch" addresses two main objections of sustainable fashion: lack of credibility and cost.

Subject line: Hey name, you're part of the fam!

2. Product Spotlight

It's wintertime, and nostalgia is in the air. I wanted to create the atmosphere of snuggling into bed with a book and your favorite sweater.

Subject line: Name—New sweaters just dropped!
